The Zaiqa idea

Zaiqa is a word for refined appreciation: a zest, a flair, a taste for art, culture and experience. We bring that discernment to education, with finer standards, fewer shortcuts, and work that is read closely.

How Zaiqa teaches

The discipline of a school, wherever you learn.

Structured courses

Every programme is built in order, section by section, so a student always knows what comes next.

Live classes

Taught live by your teacher, with the recording to return to afterwards.

Marked and returned

Every quiz and assignment is assessed and returned with feedback.

Progress you can see

Every student sees exactly where they stand in every course.

Our commitments

Promises we keep.

  • Every submission receives feedback.
  • Live classes are taught by your teacher, not left to a recording.
  • A guardian can pay without needing an account.
  • A full refund within 48 hours if no course content has been opened.

Questions

Questions parents ask.

Which curricula do you cover?
CBC from Pre-Primary to Grade 12 and IGCSE for Years 9 to 11. More will be added over time.
How does the subscription work?
Choose a CBC or an IGCSE subscription. It opens every published course in that curriculum, or subscribe to a single course. You renew with a tap, and we never charge you without your action.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, a full refund if you ask within 48 hours and have not opened any course content. Time already used is not refundable.
How do live classes work?
Your teacher schedules live sessions inside each course. Students join from their timetable, reminders go out by SMS, and every session is recorded to watch again afterwards.
Does a student need their own phone number?
You need an email or a phone number. If you do not have your own, a parent or guardian's works.
Do you run the IGCSE exams?
No. Zaiqa is not an authorised examination centre. Students enter their IGCSE examinations through an authorised centre; Zaiqa teaches the programme and prepares them for it.
